Good Afternoon Spectrum Band Family!
Well, wouldn't you know it! It is already that time of year where everyone will hopefully have an opportunity to visit with friends and family over the Holidays and re-charge! It has been quite the ride so far at Spectrum and I couldn't be more pleased with the musical growth, enthusiasm and appreciation displayed by our students. Music continues to be explored from all genres and styles and it is a delight to arrive to work every day... and be greeted by such keen, earnest, hard working individuals. Thank you to my students, families, colleagues and band parents who have made this transition for my family and myself such a positive one! It is inspiring to be a teacher here and I hope that reflects in my teaching with all of you. If I don't see you before the break, I wish each and everyone of you a fantastic holiday! Whether you are travelling elsewhere or staying in town... take advantage of the extra rest wherever you may find it. We hit the ground running to new and exciting opportunities when we return. Until then, Happy Holidays everyone!!! If you have any pictures of the bands, events, etc please send them our way to www.spectrummusicnews@gmail.com. It would be much appreciated! 1.) I apologize for the inconvenience and I am working with IT to figure out a solution. It would appear that shaw emails are placing this letter in an update folder or junk folder or spam folder. To those who have contacted me, your email is still in our contact list and it shows that is has sent out (which is even more confusing!) Rest assured, IT says they are tracking the issue.
