Parents who are driving students need to fill out a 'Volunteer Driver Information and Authorization Form' and submit it to the school office before the bottle drive. Click here to download the form (you will also need a photocopy of both sides of your driver's license, and a photocopy of your Vehicle Registration/Insurance). The Band Parents Association will be providing a hot-dog lunch for participants at the end of the bottle drive, too! :)
