Hi Band Families!
Thanks to all of the students and parents that came out to the Bottle Drive on Saturday. Although we were small in numbers, we managed to raise $956! Considering how many groups were out also canvassing the neighbourhood, this is awesome!
Congratulations to the “Sine Cura” jazz combo (Cam Henderson, Ethan Sawyer, Hunter Ellis, and Rowan Wolfe) for their performance at Millstream Mall’s “A Taste of Millstream!” Great work guys – lots of impressed people!
Jason Gordon did an outstanding job at the Sidney Concert Band performance this afternoon at the Mary Winspear Centre! In addition to the scholarship that he won a few weeks ago, Jason won the honour of performing a solo with the Sidney Band. Bravo!
